ABOUT Nutritious Kiwi Smoothie RECIPE

Kiwi contains 7% magnesium,2%Calcium, 9%Potassium. This is a very tasty and nutritious drink.Since I had only 1 kiwi so I used few apple cubes and few mango cubes which further enhanced the taste.Kiwi seeds are also very nutritional.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 -2 Kiwi peeled and cubed
  2. 1 cup coconut milk / milk
  3. 1 tsp Turmeric
  4. 1 tbsp Protein powder(optional ) I used protinex
  5. 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
  6. Mango pulp
  7. Sugar (if desired)/honey
  8. Vanilla essence

Instructions

  1. You can extract pulp from a half cut kiwi with a spoon
  2. Throw all ingredients in a mixer/ blender
  3. Blend for 2 minutes
  4. If everything is mixed well,pour in a glass. Garnish with kiwi cubes or dryfruits
