Chocolate and ice cream is a wonderful combination. Choco bar has been everyone's favourite ice. With a crunchy chocolate on the outer layer and creamy vanilla ice cream inside, it is pure heaven.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk chocolate compound -1/2 cup
  2. Whipping cream- 1/2 cup
  3. Vanilla essence -2-3 drops
  4. sugar -4 tablespoons
  5. Water-4 tablespoons


  1. Cut chocolate compound into small pieces
  2. Place a bowl over simmering water
  3. In this bowl add chopped chocolate
  4. Keep the bowl on flame till chocolate melts
  5. Take a popsicle mould and coat the insides of the mould with melted chocolate .You can use spoon for it.
  6. Prepare all moulds with chocolate coating
  7. Now mix sugar and water and make sugar syrup of one string consistency.
  8. Whip cream and mix vanilla essence and sugar syrup and again whip properly.
  9. After adding milk it will be little runny but do not worry, it is normal. Fill the chocolate coated popsicle moulds with this cream
  10. Keep in the freezer till 3 hours. When serving, dip the mould in room temperature water and pull the bar slowly.Yummy choco bar is ready
