Ingredients to make Tacos

  • For Tacos shells
  • wheat flour 1 cup
  • Maiz flour 1 cup (white)
  • maida 1/2 cup
  • salt as your taste
  • Ajwain 1/2 tsp
  • oil for moin 2 tbs
  • water as require
  • oil for deepfry
  • For filling of tacos
  • Chopped green onion dry onion tomatoes coloured capsicum green garlic green chilli zukini 1 bowl mix
  • Sprout moong 2 tbs
  • Grated carrot 1 tbs
  • masala chana daal 2 tbs
  • masala bundi 2 tbs
  • fine chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves 1/2 cup
  • paprika and oregano as your taste
  • Sweet red chilli sauce 2/3 tbs
  • ketchup 2 tbs (optional)
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • chaat masala as your taste
  • lemon 1 if you like
  • Cheese 1 cup grated

How to make Tacos

  1. For Tacos :-
  2. Take a large plate add flour salt ajwain and oil mix it all well and make semi hard dough like puri.
  3. now make balls from the dough and make a thin chapati.
  4. now take a round cutter make small round shape puri and fork it.
  5. Now heat the oil for deepfry and keep puri with the help of useful utensil.
  6. make all shells like this way till it becomes crispy and little pinkesh in colour.
  7. Now take a bowl mix all chopped vegetables , sprout moong and all namkin now add Chat Masala paprika oregano sweet chilli sauce ketchup and salt mix well. In last add greated cheese.
  8. Now your stuffing and tacos shells are ready to serve
  9. Fill all the tacos shells on serving time and sprinkle extra cheese for topping. .

My Tip:

you can make taccos shells day before.
