Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 chapatis
  2. 4 tsp chickpeas flour
  3. 4 tsp chopped fenugreek
  4. 4 tsp chopped spinach
  5. 1 tsp coriander powder
  6. 1 tsp seasme seeds
  7. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  8. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  9. 2 tsp sugar
  10. 1 tsp lemon juice
  11. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  12. Handful chopped fresh coriander leaves
  13. salt to taste


  1. Firstly mix all masala and add enough water to make spread.
  2. Spread this paste on one chapati and roll properly .
  3. Repeat the same now roll and steam in covered pot for 5 minute.
  4. Now cut in 1 inch thick pieces.
  5. Now shallow fry using ghee or oil.
  6. Your bhakarwadi is ready. Enjoy with tomato sauce or green chatani.

Saranya ji.... The chapatti is soft with steam but when cooled it becomes solid again
