ABOUT Paneer Makhmali RECIPE

A soft and creamy grvay with paneer chunks.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gm - paneer chunks
  2. 4 - tomatoes
  3. 2 - onions
  4. 1 piece small - ginger
  5. 4-5 - garlic
  6. 150 ml - Amul cream
  7. 2 - green chillies
  8. 1/2 tbsp - turmeric powder-
  9. 1/4 tbsp - red chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tbsp - coriander powder
  11. 1-2 tbsp - oil
  12. salt

Instructions

  1. Grind the onions, ginger and garlic to make a smooth paste. Make a smooth paste of the tomatoes and chillies in another pan.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add the onion paste, stir until it turns light golden. Add the tomato paste, stir for 5-7 mins.
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt in it.
  4. Remove from heat and add amul cream in it, mix well. Add the paneer chunks into this gravy
  5. Garnish with some grated paneer, Paneer Makhmali is ready to rock.
