a healthy snacks,full of fibre...authentic...and aromatic by the royal atoma of date palm jaggery

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. date palm jaggery 150gms
  2. parched rice 400gms
  3. pepper powder1tspn

Instructions

  1. melt jaggery in a pan by heating it
  2. pour the checked parched rice gradually and stir constantly
  3. add pepper powder
  4. transfer whole thing in a handi..and mix it with a wooden whisker..to coat every parched rice by jaggery
  5. ready...serve with tea or milk...as snacks or breakfast.. with banana...etc

Reminds me of caramel popcorn but this so much healthier and must taste much better...
