ABOUT Tomato Masala Rice RECIPE

Best use of leftover rice in my kitchen. you can give many variation with rice. Here i prepared some spicy and tangy tomato masala rice from leftover rice. Easy and quick dish for hunger bites.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cooked rice 1 bowl
  2. Chopped onions 2
  3. Chopped green Chilli 2
  4. Grated tomatoes 2
  5. Oil 1 tbs
  6. Mustared seeds 1/2 tsp
  7. Hing pinch full
  8. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Dry coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. fresh coriander leaves 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. You need cooked rice or leftover rice.
  2. Need chopped onions and green chilli.
  3. Take a Kadai add oil and mustered seeds. When it splattered add hing and then add onions and chilli for saute.
  4. Now take grated tomatoes.
  5. Now add grated tomatoes in kadai.
  6. When puree mixed with onions and chilli add spices into it and again mix well for 3 minutes.
  7. After 3 minute mix it properly till it start leaves oil in kadai.
  8. Now add cooked rice and mix it well.
  9. Saute for next 2 minute .
  10. Now sprinkle some coriander leaves .
  11. your rice is ready to serve.
  12. Enjoy your tomato masala rice with you choice papad curd or salad
