Ingredients to make Satyanarayan sheera

  • Sujit (moti) 1cup
  • sugar 1cup
  • ghee 1cup
  • Rip banana 1
  • Milk as required

How to make Satyanarayan sheera

  1. Heat ghee in a pan.
  2. Rost suji in ghee until golden brown.
  3. Cut banana into small pieces n rost them along with suji n mix properly
  4. Add warm milk to cook the suji as per required. (Minimum 2 cups is required, quantity to be changed depending on suji)
  5. Cover n cook the suji properly.
  6. Once done add sugar n cover the pan. Allow the sugar to melt.
  7. Garnish with a tulsi leaf and serve.

My Tip:

Rosted suji colour has to be golden brown.
