Ingredients: Ripe bananas 4 (big); Peanut butter 3 tbsp; Cocoa powder 1/2 tsp / coffee powder 1/2 tsp; Fresh cream ( malai) 2 tsp( optional).; Vanilla extract 1 tsp; Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp; Corn flakes 1/2 cup.; Pomegranate seeds 1 /2 cup.; Peanuts roasted / roasted Almonds for garnishing.

The frozen Bananas alone can create a magical creaminess and awards you with the beauty of Icecream. I have added Peanut butter to enhence the texture and a dash of Vanilla extract and Cinnamon, just wow. And the twist is the garnish of coarse ground Cornflakes and chocolate syrup.

Ingredients Serving: 4

Ripe bananas 4 (big)
Peanut butter 3 tbsp
Cocoa powder 1/2 tsp / coffee powder 1/2 tsp
Fresh cream ( malai) 2 tsp( optional).
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
Corn flakes 1/2 cup.
Pomegranate seeds 1 /2 cup.
Peanuts roasted / roasted Almonds for garnishing.

Instructions

Peel and chop banana and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hrs.
Blend on high by adding cocoa / coffee.
You need to stop in between and blend again till you get a smooth texture.
Now add vanilla extract, Cinnamon powder and peanut butter
Blend again for 5 minutes. You can add fresh cream if you find little hard to blend.
Your Banana ice cream is ready. Serve immediately with garnish of pomegranate seeds or chocolate syrup if serving to kids. You can mix Ground Cornflakes to give a nice crunch.
