Ingredients to make Mutton nihari

  • MUTTON 500 GM
  • Fried onion 1 cup.
  • Nihari masala(jeera,peppercorn,dry red chilliee,mace, khuskhus,sauf,green n black cardamon,besan) all roasted n blended with dahi
  • dahi
  • ginger
  • salt
  • Chillies
  • wheat flour paste
  • ghee

How to make Mutton nihari

  1. Wash mutton
  2. Heat ghee in pan add mutton saute till brown
  3. Add nihari paste and saute
  4. Add fried onions salt n water
  5. Boil n cook till mutton are done
  6. Add wheat paste n cook till gravy thickens
  7. Add ginger chillies n garam masala
  8. Garniah with corriwnder
