Chocolate Pudding topped with coarsely powdered oreo biscuits.

Ingredients Serving: 2

1/2 cup white sugar
3 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/8 tsp salt
2 3/4 cup milk
2 tbsp butter, room temp
1 tsp vanilla extract
Fresh mint leaves and cherries to garnish

Instructions

In a saucepan, stir together sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt. Place over medium heat, and stir in milk. Bring to a boil, and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens enough to coat the back of a metal spoon. Remove from heat, and stir in butter and vanilla. Let cool briefly.
For the Oreo Dirt Take 7-8 Oreo biscuits and put it in a grinder . Grind it coarsely. Now take a flute glass or shot glass and fill 3/4 with the chocolate pudding and put it in d fridge to set. When serving put the oreo dirt on top of it. Garnish with fresh mint and cherry!!
