Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For Smoothie
  2. 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  3. 2 fresh bananas sliced
  4. 1 kiwi chopped
  5. ½ ripe avocado
  6. 1 tbsp organic honey
  7. 1 tbsp peanut butter
  8. 2 cups spinach
  9. 1 cup Kale
  10. 1 cup soy milk (you can always use your regular milk)
  11. for toppings
  12. 1 kiwi sliced thin
  13. 3 strawberries sliced
  14. Chia seeds
  15. Ground flax seeds
  16. Melon seeds
  17. Pomegranate seeds

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients mentioned under green smoothie and blend till smooth. You may add a little more milk if it is too thick. Taste and adjust the flavors.
  2. Divide between two bowls and top as desired.
