ABOUT Cake pops RECIPE

These bite sized cake balls are ideal for kid's parties and also kitty parties when you have many varities to taste.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Any sponge cake-1 cup
  2. (I have used choclate cake)
  3. White choclate-100 gms
  4. Choclate syrup-2 tsp
  5. Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Crumble the cake with hands and then add choclate syrup according to the moisture in your cake.The crumbs must just bind together.Don't make them very moist.
  2. Keep these balls in fridge for 15 minutes so that they set well and don't break when we coat them with choclate.
  3. Now melt white choclate in microwave for 1.5 minutes.
  4. Take a ball on fork and pour melted choclate on this ball on all sides.Sprinkle coloured sprinkles or choclate strands abd then keep on a plate.The choclate will become firm as it cools.If you are in a hurry,can again keep it in fridge. Abd your cake pops which are crunchy from outside and moist inside are ready to eat.:-)
