Banana Sesame Toast (a wow creation)

ABOUT Banana Sesame Toast (a wow creation) RECIPE

I used the raw banana for the topping of Sesame toast and it tasted just wow.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Brown bread 6 slices.
  2. Raw bananas 2
  3. Potato 1 small (optional)
  4. Onion 1
  5. Capsicum 1/2 (big, if small then take 1)
  6. Crushed garlic 1 tsp
  7. Grated ginger 1 tsp
  8. White chili powder 1 tsp
  9. Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Soya sauce 1 tsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  13. Roasted sesame seeds 1/2 cup
  14. Corn flour paste 1/4 cup
  15. Corn flour 1 tbsp
  16. Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook the bananas and potato for 3 to 4 whistles. Let them cool.
  2. Chop onions and capsicum, heat a pan and saute them.
  3. Add all masala and saute for 5 minutes. Let it cool.
  4. Grate the banana and potato (if adding) and mix with onion and capsicum mixture. Add soya sauce and salt.
  5. Cut the pieces of bread in round shape with bottle lid. Apply corn flour paste to the bread circles.
  6. Make six balls of the banana mixture and press on the rounds.
  7. Spread sesame seeds on a plate and press the mixture applied bread circles over spread sesame seeds.
  8. Keep them in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  9. Now, heat oil in a pan and deep fry the bread rounds till brown.
  10. Enjoy with a cup of coffee or with your favorite juice. I had it with chilled Aam Panna. The combination tastes are awesome.
