ABOUT Mac and Cheese in Gauda Cheese Sauce RECIPE

This is one of the easiest basic pasta dish using macaroni and delicious Gauda cheese.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Macaroni 2cups
  2. All purpose flour 2 tbsp
  3. Unsalted butter 2tbsp
  4. Full cream milk 2cups
  5. Salt1tsp
  6. Pepper powder3/4 tsp
  7. Garuda cheese grated 1cup
  8. Italian seasoning 1 tsp
  9. Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
  10. Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  11. Parsley 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil macaroni in salted water until just al dente and strain and keep aside. Melt the butter in a pan and add the flour. Whisk to combine, and cook for a minute or so, stirring constantly.
  2. Add the milk and whisk to combine, continuing to heat until the milk comes to a simmer and is thickened. Take the pan off the heat and stir in the cheese, stir until all of the cheese is incorporated and the sauce is smooth.
  3. Add salt and pepper. Mix the macaroni with the sauce, and pour into a baking dish. Sprinkle grated cheese and bread crumbs. Bake for about 30 minutes until bubbling throughout. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and parsley.
  4. This is the easiest recipe for pasta lover beginners.
