Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole wheat flour - 2 cups
  2. Salt - 1/4 tsp
  3. Baking powder - 2 tsp
  4. Coconut milk - 1 cup
  5. Egg - 1
  6. Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
  7. Bananas (mashed) - 2

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl add all the wet ingredients and mix well.
  2. Add the dry ingredients into the wet. Mix until everything blends well. Dont overmix.
  3. Take a skillet or pan and spray cooking oil.
  4. Pour the batter into the skillet. Don't spread.
  5. Once you can see the bubbles, flip it and cook the other side.
  6. Serve it with honey, nuts and fruits.
