Now heat oil in pan and add 1 sliced onion to it. Fry it till it becomes brown. And remove it on kitchen paper. Now add the leftover sliced onion, ginger, garlic paste. Put green chillies and ginger in a grindstone and crush them coarsely. Add it to the handi. When it turns golden brown add chopped tomato. When masala is done add turmeric, salt, garam masala and red chilli powder. After a minute, add chopped vegetables and corn to it. Cook it till veggies become tender. Now add whisked curd.
