Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. 2 boiled potatoes
  3. 1/2 spoonful of chilli powder
  4. 1/2 spoonful of salt
  5. Coriender leaves
  6. Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
  7. 1 chopped onion
  8. 2 green chillies
  9. Butter


  1. Make wheat balls using wheat flour and water.
  2. Mash the boiled potatoes
  3. Then add salt, chopped onions, chillpowder, turmeric powder and coriender leaves.
  4. Saute this mashed mixture of potato in 1 tbsp butter.
  5. Remove mixture from pan. Let it cool.
  6. Then make balls of filling and add filling in wheat balls.
  7. Make proper roti. Fry in tava with butter. Serve with dahi, pickle, butter etc.
