Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 tbs chickpea flour
  2. 1 tsp oil
  3. 1 tsp red chilly powder
  4. Pinch of hing
  5. Pinch of turmeric
  6. 1 tsp ajwain
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Water for boiling
  9. 1/2 cup paste of Onion tomato, chilly and ginger garlic
  10. 1 cup curd
  11. 1/2 cup boiled Gatta's water
  12. 2 tbs oil
  13. 1 tsp jaggery

Instructions

  1. Take bowl added chickpea flour with all spices and oil.
  2. Make a little tight dough
  3. Make thin roll
  4. Boil water
  5. Transfer the roll in boiling water
  6. After boiling, strain the rolls
  7. Cut it into small piece
  8. Take a pan and add oil
  9. Heat oil, add jeera
  10. Then add hing and the paste mentioned in the ingredients
  11. Saute
  12. Add routine spices and mix it
  13. Add curd and mix continuously
  14. Add boiled Gatta's water.
  15. Add gatta and cook for 5 minutes.
  16. Ready to serve.
  17. Garnish with coriander
