Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Baby potatoes-10
  2. Garlic powder/garlic paste-1 tbsp
  3. Tandoori masala -1 tsp
  4. Chaat masala -1tsp
  5. Kasoori methi-1tsp
  6. Deggi mirch powder-1 tsp
  7. Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
  8. Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
  9. Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
  10. Oregano-1/2 tsp
  11. Salt- to taste
  12. Oil-1tbsp
  13. Lemon juice- 1tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash and parboil potatoes.
  2. Let potatoes cool and dry for couple of minutes. Cut potatoes into halves.
  3. Meanwhile prepare marination by mixing all the above ingredients.
  4. Mix potatoes in this marination ensuring that the potatoes are coated properly and keep aside for 20 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven at 200C.
  6. Arrange potatoes on a greased baking tray or insert two pieces on toothpicks.
  7. Grill for 25-30 minutes or till potatoes change colour and become little crispy.
  8. Enjoy hot tandoori potatoes with any dip of your choice.
