Ingredients Serving: 12

  1. Mutton (boneless)- 250 gm
  2. Onion- 1
  3. Tomato- 1
  4. Cashew- 25 gm
  5. Whole masala (optional) - 3 gm
  6. Garam masala- 1 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Coriander leaves
  10. For roti:
  11. Whole wheat flour or refined flour- 1/2 kg
  12. Eggs (lightly beaten)- 4
  13. Sugar- 1 tsp
  14. Salt- 1/2 tsp
  15. Oil- 1 tsp
  16. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash & cut mutton into small size bites (we have to put on roti).
  2. Heat oil, add in whole masala, chopped onion, chopped tomato, saute till light brown color, add mutton cook well (pressure cooker 3 to 4 whistle)
  3. Now add cashew paste, mix & saute well, add garam masala, salt, red chilly powder, chopped coriander leaves and cook for 5 to 8 min.
  4. For the roti- take a bowl add sugar, salt & eggs, mix in properly with a whisk don't beat only mix.
  5. Sieve flour, add baking soda then add in eggs mixture and make a dough. Keep for 10 min in a wet cloth.
  6. After 10 min make roti in small size (depend which size you want) heat oil & deep fry on low flame till light color
  7. Put ready mutton mixture on roti, garnish with coriander leaves.
