Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ripe bananas 2
  2. Salt
  3. Mustard seed 1 tsp
  4. Cumin Seed 1 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder
  6. Coriander powder
  7. Haldi
  8. Green dhaniya
  9. Green chilli
  10. Pinch of sugar (optional)
  11. Oil 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take banana peel out the skin and cut into round pieces
  2. Take a pan and put 2 tsp oil in it
  3. to hot oil add mustard, cumin and asafoetida powder
  4. Add banana and put all the dry masala
  5. Add green chilli mix once ready
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves
  7. Serve with chapati or paratha
