Delicious and juicy banana chicken rice balls served with white rice on special dinners.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup grounded chicken breast
  2. 2 cup cooked long grain rice (basmati rice)
  3. 1 cup smashed banana
  4. 1 egg
  5. 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  6. 1tbsp garam masala powder
  7. 1 Tbsp coriander powder
  8. 1 tbsp dry mango powder
  9. 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
  10. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  11. 1 cup chicken broth
  12. 2 cup tomato sauce
  13. 1 cup spring onions
  14. 2 tbsp White sesame seeds
  15. 1 cup oil
  16. 2 tbsp black pepper powder
  17. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix ground chicken breast, smashed banana, 1/2 cup rice, 1 egg, black pepper powder, corriander powder, mango powder, garam masala,ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp fresh coriander, salt and mix well.
  2. Use wet hands to make rice balls and place them on a baking tray. Pre heat the oven at 450 degree F and bake till brown for 10 mins.
  3. Take a sauce pan, ad chicken broth, tomato sauce, black pepper powder, coriander powder, salt, and let it cook for 5 mins. Now add the rice balls and cook for another 5 mins till the liquid evaporates.
  4. Once it is dried, add spring onions and sesame seeds and mix well.
  5. Take a bowl, add the remaining cooked rice and pour the rice balls over it. Serve it hot.
