Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fresh Strawberries - as required
  2. Fresh Cream - 200ml
  3. Castor Sugar - 2 tbsp
  4. Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Take Strawberries and scoop out the center portion carefully making a small pit.
  2. Whip fresh cream with a little sugar till it forms stiff peaks.
  3. Transfer to a piping bag and fill the strawberries.
  4. Garnish with sprinkles.
