ABOUT Eggless Banana Mousse RECIPE

It is a quick no cook dessert recipe which can be prepared anytime with the left over Amul cream. Honey goes best with bananas but one can use sugar also. It can be served as a dessert with banana toppings, chocolates, dry fruits etc. I have used Strawberry syrup and cocoa powder.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Ripe bananas - 3
  2. Amul cream - 1 cup
  3. honey - 2 tspn
  4. lemon juice - 3 to 4 drops
  5. Strawberry syrup - 1 tspn
  6. Cocoa powder - 1/4 tspn

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and add in the blender jar along with honey and lime juice.
  2. Blend it in such a way that no chunks are left.
  3. Lime juice is added so that the bananas do not change color.
  4. Now add the Amul cream to the banana puree and blend it again.
  5. Pulse the blender 3 to 4 times so that the cream is evenly mixed with bananas.
  6. Take it out in a bowl and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours so that the mousse get set.
  7. Serve the chilled mousse with strawberry syrup and cocoa powder.
