Gobi ki Kheer

Ingredients to make Gobi ki Kheer

  • 1 bowl (250 g) shredded cauliflower
  • 1 litre milk
  • 250 g sugar
  • cardamom powder 1/2 spoon
  • saffron (according to your choice)
  • 100 g mix dry fruits ( cashewnut almond raisin pistachio)
  • 1 tablespoon desi ghee

How to make Gobi ki Kheer

  1. Boil milk till it thickens.
  2. Add small pieces of dry fruits.
  3. Cook shredded cauliflower in desi ghee on high flame for 2 minutes
  4. Add cauliflower in boiling milk and stir for 5 minutes.
  5. Turn off gas and add cardamom powder in it.
  6. Keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  7. After 30 minutes, take it out and serve chilled.
