  1. BOILED RAW BANANA PIECES- 2 CUPS
  2. ONION PIECES - 1 /2 CUP
  3. SALT TO TASTE
  4. TURMERIC POWDER
  5. DHANIYA POWDER - 1 SPOON
  6. KAJU POWDER- 2 SPOONS
  7. GINGER AND GREEN MIRCHI PIECES- 2 SPOONS
  8. GRAM FLOUR - 1/4 KG
  9. OIL TO DEEP FRY
  10. CURRY LEAVES, CORIANDER AND PUDINA LEAVES- 2 SPOONS

Instructions

  1. TAKE A BOWL ADD RAW BANANA MASHED, NEXT ADD SALT, GINGER, TURMERIC POWDER ,ONIONS, CHILLI, CURRY AND CORIANDER LEAVES
  2. TAKE A ROUND SHAPE OF THE BANANA MIX
  3. TAKE ONE BOWL ADD GRAM FLOUR, SALT AND WATER. NICE BONDA BATTER IS READY
  4. HEAT A KADHAI ON THE STOVE AND ADD OIL. TAKE THE BANANA MIXTURE DIP IT INTO THE BATTER
  5. TAKE ONE BY ONE AND FRY TILL GOLDEN AND SERVE HOT
