Instructions

  1. For puchka
  2. Mix suji and wheat flour and make dough using water
  3. Wrap it with wet cloth and Keep it aside for 15 min.
  4. Now make small balls from it.
  5. Roll each of them and cut into small round shapes for puchka
  6. Take a pan. Heat oil
  7. Fry them one by one in hot oil
  8. For masala
  9. Boil potatoes
  10. Cool them
  11. Mash them and add all other ingredients (salt, red chilli, black salt)
  12. For pani
  13. Boil Kaeries in the cooker
  14. Take it out cool and squeeze it for its pulp
  15. Now take a bowl pour the pulp in it
  16. Add all other ingredients water, sugar, salt, poodina, chilli, red chilli powder, Sika jeera
  17. Mix everything properly and keep in the fridge for some time to cool
