About Mushroom Quiche Recipe

This French dish is a a favourite for brunch or lunch with friends. With a hearty filling of mushrooms and creamy cheese sauce

Mushroom Quiche

Ingredients to make Mushroom Quiche

  • 1 1/2 cup Cheese grated
  • 4 cups mushrooms
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 3/4 cup Mayonaise
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 9
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt

How to make Mushroom Quiche

  1. Heat butter in a pan, saute onions and mushrooms for 3-4 mins.
  2. Take a bowl, mix onions, mushrooms, and little cheese.
  3. Take another bowl, beat eggs, mayonnaise, milk, salt and 1 cup cheese.
  4. Transfer the mushroom mix to the shell.
  5. Spread the egg mixture over the mushrooms, sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake for 30-35 mins at 175°C.
  6. Quiche is ready to serve.

My Tip:

Salt is not required additionally as the cheese and mayonnaise already contain salt.
