Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oats: 1 cup
  2. Milk: 1 cup
  3. Curd: 100grm.
  4. Lemon Juice: 1 tablesp
  5. Banana: 2
  6. Sugar/Honey/Sugar-substitute: to taste
  7. Black Salt: a pinch

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk and then take it in a bowl.
  2. Put the oats to the milk and let it soak for 5-7min.
  3. Now, take all the the ingredients together and grind them in Mixer.
  4. Keep it in refrigerator and serve chilled with lemon slices.
