Ingredients to make KULCHA
- *For Kulcha dough*
- Plane flour- 250 gm
- yogurt-150 gm
- Baking powder- 1 tsp
- baking soda- 1.5 tsp
- salt- 1.5 tsp For Dough
- Powder sugar- 1 tbs
- oil – 2 tbs
- water- Half cup or (as needed)
- Sesame Seed- 2 tbs
- coriander leaves- 2-3 tbs
- *For stuffing*
- Boiled Potato- 2 medium size
- onion- 1 small size(roughly chopped)
- Green chili- 1 (roughly chopped)
- Garam masala- 1 tsp
- turmeric powder- 1 tsp
- coriander powder- 1 tsp
- cumin Powder- 1 tsp
- Red chili powder- 1 tsp
- Chat masala- 1 tsp
- Dry mango powder(amchur) – 1 tsp
- cottage cheese – 50 gm
- salt - as per taste
- butter – 1 cube for each kulcha
How to make KULCHA
My Tip:
Add 1 cubed butter on the top of the kulcha while serving.
