ABOUT Crunchy chocolate filled in caramelized banana roll RECIPE

Here I have filled crunchy dry fruit chocolate in caramelize banana and I have made caramel web also for presentation.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Sugar for caramel 1 cup
  2. Crunchy chocolate 2 pack
  3. Banana 2 large
  4. Chocolate syrup 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take a wok and caramelize sugar in low flame.
  2. Cut banana in pieces and make a whole with apple corer.
  3. Caramelize all the banana pieces and place in a plate.
  4. Fill the crunchy chocolate in all the banana pieces.
  5. Decorate the plate with caramel web and chocolate syrup.
