Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For the mango Mocktail:
  2. Green Mangoes 2
  3. aloo Bukhara 2
  4. Green chilli 1
  5. sugar 4 tsp
  6. jeera powder 1 tsp
  7. Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  8. Black salt 1/2 tsp
  9. lemon juice 2 tsp
  10. Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  11. mint leaves 5-6
  12. For the mango fries:
  13. Half ripen mangoes 2
  14. Refined flour 4 tsp
  15. Corn flour 2 tsp
  16. White pepper 1 tsp
  17. salt as per taste
  18. egg 1
  19. Bread crumbs 1 cup
  20. oil 1 cup
  21. Sesame seeds 1 tsp


  1. For the Mango Mocktail:
  2. Peel the mango and finely chop it, finely chop the aloo bukhara also.
  3. In a pan, add Aloo bukhara, sugar, chopped green chilli, jeera powder, chaat masala, black pepper and chopped mango. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Cool and add cold water, mix properly with a muddler and strain it. Pour into a glass and add mint leaves, lemon juice and black salt.
  5. For the Mango fries:
  6. Make a batter with refined flour, corn flour, white pepper and salt. Cut long and thick strips of mango. Separate egg white into a bowl.
  7. Dip the mango strips in the batter, then in egg wash and after that, coat with bread crumbs mixed with sesame seeds and fry for 4-5 minutes. Serve hot crisp mango fries with chilled mango mocktail.
