ABOUT Salmon fry RECIPE

Salmon is an excellent source of vitamin B12, vitamin D and selenium. It is also a good source of niacin, omega-3 fatty acids, protein, phosphorus and vitamin B6. This method of cooking salmon is so easy as well as very tasty and retains all the nutrition.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Salmon fillet - 2
  2. Salt as needed
  3. pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. ginger - garlic paste
  5. Olive oil - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Marinate the salmon fillets with ginger garlic paste, salt and pepper powder. Keep aside for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat a non stick pan and add in the olive oil.
  3. Once warm put in the salmon fillets and fry on one side until done. It may take about 5 - 8 minutes.
  4. Once done, turn it on to the other side and fry the same way.
