ABOUT Mirch Bajji stuffed with Raw Banana RECIPE

Bajjis can be made from any vegetables available like spinach, cauliflower, onion, potatoes and even chillies (Mirch). For this, Bhavnagri mirch is used. Generally stuffed mirch bajjis are stuffed with potato or paneer and spices. But here I have stuffed them with Raw banana and it turned out awesome. These medium spicy bajjis are perfect choice for kitty parties.
