Ingredients to make Paneer Manchurian (restaurant style)

  • paneer 200 gms
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Rice flour 1/2 cup
  • all purpose flour (maida) 1/2 cup
  • ginger Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • red chilly paste 1/2 tsp
  • salt
  • chilly powder
  • pepper powder(black+white)
  • sugar 1/4 cup
  • tomato sauce 2tsp
  • Soya sauce 1/2 tsp
  • chilly sauce 1tsp
  • minced ginger garlic 1/4 cup
  • oil for Deep frying
  • finley chopped onion
  • finley chopped spring onion
  • corn flour (add water to make paste)

How to make Paneer Manchurian (restaurant style)

  1. Add oil in to kadai. Turn on the heat
  2. cut paneer into small cubes
  3. Add corn flour rice flour all purpose flour (maida) in a bowl. Add salt, pepper powder, chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, make thick batter.
  4. coat paneer in to batter.leave in to hot oil one by one, drop the extra batter before frying so that they doesn't stick to each other
  5. for the sauce: add oil to pan saute chopped onions, minced ginger, garlic and saute well. Add soy sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, add a bit water. Let it simmer and add salt, pepper powder and sugar. Add corn flour paste to make it thick.
  6. Add fried paneer pieces to the sauce saute well and granish with spring onions
