ABOUT Maggi Noodles Spring Rolls RECIPE

A new style of eating your favourite Maggi in the form of spring rolls. This recipe is easy to prepare and has been adapted from Ruchi Bharani

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 packet of Maggi Noodles and tastemaker
  2. 1/4 cup thin strips of capsicum
  3. 1/4 cup of shredded cabbage
  4. 8-10 french beans, cross cut
  5. 1 small size onion, cut lengthwise
  6. 2 garlic cloves, grated
  7. 1 tsp Grated Ginger
  8. 1/4 cup of finely chopped spring onions
  9. 2 tbsp Maggi chilli garlic sauce
  10. 2 tbsp Maggi seasoning
  11. 3/4 cup water
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 2 tbsp olive oil
  14. Finely chopped coriander leaves (optional)
  15. Spring roll pastry sheets/Phyllo sheets
  16. plain flour paste
  17. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok
  2. Add finely sliced onion, grated garlic and ginger, chopped spring onion and saute it
  3. Add cross cut french beans and capsicum strips and continue sautéing
  4. Add maggi noodles
  5. Mix the tastemaker spice in 3/4 cup water and add it in the pan
  6. Let the mixture come to boil
  7. Now add shredded cabbage, chilli garlic sauce and maggi seasoning,
  8. Mix everything well, adjust the salt according to taste and let the mixture dry out
  9. Add some finely chopped coriander leaves (optional)
  10. Once done switch off the flame and keep it aside.
  11. Thaw the spring roll pastry sheets on the kitchen counter before you use
  12. Take a single sheet and spread a tbsp of filling at one corner of the sheet
  13. Roll it away from you towards the other corner, make tight rolls and seal the other corner of the sheet with flour paste
  14. Repeat with other sheets until the filling gets finished.
  15. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry these rolls until golden brown on all sides
  16. Drain on absorbent paper and serve them hot with chutney or sauce.
