Ingredients to make Maggi pancakes

  • wheat flour 1 cup
  • Maggie noodles 1 pack.
  • spinach leaves chopped fine 1 tbsp
  • tomato finely chopped 1/2
  • coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • pepper powder 1 tsp
  • ginger grated 1 tsp
  • garlic crushed 1 tsp
  • parsley or any seasoning of your choice 1 tsp
  • butter / olive oil for shallow fry
  • Cheesr grated 1 tbsp ( optional)

How to make Maggi pancakes

  1. Take wheat flour in a bowl. Add water to make pouring batter consistency. ( not very watery.)
  2. Keep aside for half an hour. Add finely chopped Spinach leaves.
  3. Cook 2 minutes maggi and allow it to cool.
  4. Add maggi to the batter.
  5. Heat oil in a pan. Pour a laddle full of batter. Spread parsley
  6. Flip over after a minute
  7. Cook both sides. Enjoy with Tomato ketchup and a cup of coffee /tea./juice.
  8. You can add Cheese too.

My Tip:

If preparing for adults you can saute onions and add. Instead of cheese you can add Cottage cheese.
