ABOUT Sesame seeds - roasted peanuts - coconut and jaggery ladoo RECIPE

An extremely healthy, ridiculously easy and wonderfully flavoursome sweet balls which Indians lovingly call them Ladoo. You can store them in refrigerator for at least two weeks.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 3 cups sesame seeds (black and white)
  2. 1 cup jaggery powder
  3. 1 cup Peanuts
  4. ½ cup dry or fresh coconut
  5. ​Pinch of cardamom powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Dry roast sesame seeds and grind to powder
  2. Roast peanuts, remove skin and grind to a coarse powder
  3. Dry roast grated coconut
  4. Mix everything together and shape them into small lemon balls.
  5. Since sesame seeds is a good source of oil, when everything mixed together, stay together and hold on to each other.
  6. Store in air tight container and enjoy them.
