ABOUT Veggie maggi RECIPE

Maggi was my favourite snack from childhood. To make it more healthy, my mom used to add healthy veggies like cabbage, capsicum, carrot and sometimes egg too.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maggi instant noodles-1 pack
  2. Veggies available- 3 cups ( thinly sliced)
  3. ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
  4. Lemon Juice- 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil maggi in a pan without masala provided in pack
  2. In a wok, add oil and when hot add ginger garlic paste and saute a second.
  3. Now add all veggies and saute for 5 min only ( for crunchy)
  4. If we want to add egg, just move veggies to one side and scramble eggs. Add little salt and pepper powder and saute for few minutes.
  5. Now add boiled maggi to the veggies and sprinkle the masala powder given in maggi pack.
  6. Check for salt and add if needed.
  7. Add lemon juice and give a quick mix and switch off the stove.
  8. Enjoy hot veggie maggi
