Ingredients to make Fasting jeera aloo

  • 4-5 medium boiled potatoes
  • 2-3 chopped green chillies
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon oil or ghee
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
  • rock salt as required

How to make Fasting jeera aloo

  1. Boiled potatoes Peel and Chopped cube shape
  2. in a kadhai heat oil on a medium flame. add cumin seeds and allow them
  3. then add Chopped green chillies saute for few seconds
  4. next add Chopped potatoes stir very well
  5. then add salt stir again 3-4 minutes
  6. add coriander leaves stir and saute for a minute
  7. fasting jeera aloo is ready for Serve

you serve jeera aloo with shingh ata aata poori or paratha.
