Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 and half cup all purpose flour
  2. 1 egg
  3. 1/2 cup oil
  4. 1/2 cup Sugar
  5. 1 tbsp flax seed
  6. 1 tbsp baking powder
  7. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  8. 1 cup seedless date
  9. 1 cup milk
  10. 1 tbsp chopped walnut
  11. 1 tbsp chopped cashew
  12. 1 tbsp chopped almonds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degree centigrade for 10 minutes
  2. Mix all the above ingredients and beat with an egg beater for approximately 10 minutes in one direction
  3. Grease a bread tray
  4. Pour the batter into it
  5. Bake for about 35 minutes
  6. Let it cool down completely before you de mould and cut it.
