Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. maggi 1pckt
  2. Milk1cup
  3. Butter 1tbspn
  4. flour 1/2 tspn
  5. Grated cheese 1/2 cup
  6. oregano 1tspn
  7. pepper powder 1tspn
  8. Coriander leaves
  9. bell pepper (1/2)carrot (1), tomato(1) baby corn(2), onion(2)
  10. Salt

Instructions

  1. heat white oil in a pan, saute the veggies with salt
  2. boil the maggi in a separate pan with it's masala
  3. add the sauteed veggies into it
  4. now make white sauce- heat butter in a pan, melt it
  5. add flour, mix it
  6. add milk, stir well
  7. add grated cheese and oregano, pepper powder
  8. now mix the prepared maggi into it
  9. cheesy maaggi is ready, serve hot
