ABOUT Chicken Lollipop RECIPE

Today I am going to share an idea that will not only please your kids but also everyone else fond of kebabs, and this is my version of the Chicken Lollipop.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken Mince - 250 gms.
  2. Salt to taste.
  3. 1/2 tablespoon - Garam Masala
  4. 1/2 tablespoon - Dhaniya powder
  5. Chopped Onions - 2
  6. 2 tablespoons - oil

Instructions

  1. First, mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Do it nicely with hands so that everything is nicely mixed together.
  2. Now make lollipop like shapes of this mince mix. Do ensure they are not very thick. Also, just put some cold water on your hands to prevent it from sticking to your hands.
  3. Insert the wooden skewers in the kebabs like a lollipop stick.
  4. Heat the non-stick tawa, no need to add oil as you already have oil in the mince mix.
  5. On medium heat, cook the lollipops on both sides for 4-5 minutes.
  6. That's it, your super cool innovative Chicken Lollipops are ready to be served.
