ABOUT Tomato paneer RECIPE

Its a kashmiri dish. Without onion garlic. Can be eaten in vrat also

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer 250 gm
  2. Tomatoes 5 or 6 big
  3. Saunf powder 1/2 tsp
  4. Dry ginger pd 1/2tsp
  5. Dania pd 1/2 tsp
  6. 1 big black ilaichi
  7. 1 green ilaichi
  8. A small piece of dalchini
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Red pepper 1/2tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil tomatoes and grind them
  2. Cut paneer in big pieces and fry them
  3. After fry put Paneer in hot water
  4. Take a kadahi or pan put some oil in it. When its hot put both cardamoms and dalchini in it
  5. When it crackles put tomatoes puree in it
  6. Let it be boiled keep staring
  7. When it becomes thicker put saunf and dry ginger pd in it
  8. Mix well. Put salt and pepper in it
  9. Now put Paneer in it. Let it be cook for 5 minutes.
  10. Tomato paneer is ready to serve. Garnish with malai and coriander leaves
