ABOUT Eggless Chocolate Cake RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Condensed Milk ½ cup
  2. All purpose flour 1 cup
  3. Cocoa powder 3 tbs
  4. Coffee powder 1 tsp
  5. Baking powder ½ tsp
  6. Baking soda ½ tsp
  7. Milk ½ cup
  8. Vinegar 1 tsp
  9. Oil 1/3 cup
  10. Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  11. Salt a pinch
  12. Choco chips ¼ cup

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, take condensed milk, oil, and essence. Mix all well.
  2. In a separate bowl sieve All purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.
  3. Take half cup lukewarm milk and dissolve coffee into it. Now add this mixture to condensed milk.
  4. Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients and fold gently. Don’t overbeat it.
  5. Once you get a smooth batter, just add vinegar to it and mix gently to get a batter of dropping consistency.
  6. Meanwhile, preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes.
  7. Grease a tin loaf pan with butter or oil. Pour the mixture into it.
  8. Sprinkle some choco chips on the top and tap the tin on the counter once to release the air bubbles.
  9. Now bake this in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180 degree Celsius or till it passes the toothpick test.
  10. Let the cake cool before you slice and serve.
