Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Flour 100 gms
  2. yeast 5 gms
  3. Salt
  4. sugar
  5. oil
  6. For filling- chopped tomatoes 1tspn
  7. chopped bell peppers 1tspn
  8. chopped onion 1tspn
  9. chopped coriander 1tspn
  10. chopped carrot 1tspn
  11. Chopped green chilly 1
  12. chopped baby corn 1 tspn
  13. chhana 2 tbspn
  14. Pepper powder
  15. Salt
  16. sugar

Instructions

  1. mix yeast and sugar then add salt, oil and make a dough
  2. keeo aside for 15 min
  3. mix chhana, pepper powder, sugar, salt, chopped vegetables and coriander leaves
  4. take a ball from the dough, roll it in round shape first, then widen it's four sides put the filling in the centre and fold it like an envelope
  5. heat oil in a pan. fry one side
  6. then flip it and fry another side well.
  7. veg moglai batora is ready!
