Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. urad dal 1 cup
  2. Rice 1 cup
  3. Maggie 1 small packet
  4. Cheese small cube
  5. Salt 1 tsp
  6. oil 1tbsp

Instructions

  1. Soak urad dal and rice for four hours
  2. Grind them with salt very smoothly like dosa batter consistency
  3. Take a pan and make Maggie noodles for 5mins
  4. Take one tawa on stove and spread the batter like dosa and then pour little oil on that
  5. Place the prepared noodles on that middle of dosa and Grate the cheese on that.... And roll on...
  6. Taste that yummy Maggie dosa with peanut chutney or tomatoes chutney
