Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Cubed capsicum, onions and bell peppers
  2. par boiled potatoes 2 - 3
  3. Schezwan sauce
  4. cabbage for garnishing
  5. olive oil for grilling
  6. toothpicks
  7. Salt to taste
  8. A Pinch of Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Take a grilling pan and grill all the veggies
  2. add salt and a pinch of black pepper to veggies
  3. insert the veggies in a sequence into the toothpicks
  4. take each toothpick and coat schezwan sauce on it
  5. grill it again until golden brown
  6. then take a plate add some cabbage in middle amd place the toothpicks
  7. decorate it and serve hot
