Tangy chat/street food made of boiled potato

Ingredients Serving: 2

Potato 2
onion small 1 finely chopped
Tomato 1 finely chopped
gren chili 1 chopped
Coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon
sweet corn kernels 1 tablespoon
green chutney 1 tablespoon
tamarind sweet chutney 1 tablespoon
chat masala 1/6 teaspoon
Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder a pinch
Salt to taste
pomegranate pearls few for garnishing
papad pieces 2
For green chutney
Green chili 1
ginger 1/6 tsp
Coriander leaves handful
black salt to taste

Instructions

Boil potatoes in microwave.
meanwhile take green chili, coriander leaves, 1/6 teaspoon ginger, black salt and grind to paste
peel and cut into pieces
mix all ingredient mentioned above except pomegranate pearls
toss nicely
microwave papad pieces
garnish chat with pomegranate pearls and papad.
ready to serve
